While not a trail, there are many trails off this private road. Across from the Sharon Arts center building in Sharon NH, this winter gated road is a great walk or snowshoe. There are three or four summer homes which are maintained by local contractors. Both sides of the road are wooded, sometimes logged protected land. There is access to Casalis State park trails at the very end and the wapack blueberry trail midway. Views of Mt. Monadnock and a wonderful beaver pond enhance the walk. Some hills but would classify this as easy to moderate unless you take the side trails mentioned which are steep. More pictures to come, but here are a few.

I love beavers and will be fun to watch their progress this year
while the Cabot forest is protected controlled logging is allowed.
the road is well maintained but the gate is locked from December thru April.
of course Ruby had to check the beaver’s work
some beautiful stone bridges along the way. photo courtesy of Gina Goff
one of the ponds near the road. beautiful dam on other side. would use caution in winter with dogs as ice can be thin. photo courtesy of Gina Goff.
